Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Focus Areas: UP, Bihar, Delhi

Industry: FMCG (Food Division)
Experience Required: Minimum 15 years
Qualification: Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales officers, providing guidance and training to ensure performance excellence.
  • Ensure effective distribution and availability of products across assigned regions.
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve optimal sales results.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and key metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with brand objectives.
