Focus Areas: UP, Bihar, Delhi
Industry: FMCG (Food Division)
Experience Required: Minimum 15 years
Qualification: Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead and manage a team of sales officers, providing guidance and training to ensure performance excellence.
- Ensure effective distribution and availability of products across assigned regions.
- Manage budgets and resources to achieve optimal sales results.
- Regularly report on sales performance and key metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with brand objectives.
