Key Responsibilities: • Oversee end-to-end dairy operations across multiple locations
• Manage packing stations & co-packing units efficiently
• Ensure smooth milk procurement, processing & dispatch
• Lead and develop high-performing cross-functional teams
• Drive operational efficiency and capacity optimization
• Maintain quality, hygiene & food safety standards
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI and statutory regulations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Key Requirements: Strong Dairy Industry experience (mandatory)
Experience handling regional / multi-location operations
Marathi language proficiency (mandatory)
Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
Knowledge of food safety, compliance & supply chain operations
