Licious is looking for an experienced Regional Lead – Vendor Quality Assurance (VQA) to drive vendor quality, food safety compliance, audits, process standardization, and continuous improvement across multiple vendor locations.
Key Responsibilities: • Vendor quality management and compliance • Food safety audits (HACCP, GMP, GHP, FSSAI) • Product quality assurance across poultry, red meat, and seafood categories • Documentation and record management • Team leadership and training • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & CAPA implementation • Stakeholder and vendor management
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Technology, Food Science, Meat Technology, Veterinary Science, or related field • 5–8 years of experience in QA/QC, vendor quality, food manufacturing, meat processing, or supply chain quality • Strong understanding of food safety systems, audits, and vendor management
