Job Description:
Qualification:
B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology
Experience:
3-5 years experience in Spices & New Product Development (mandatory)
Salary:
₹25,000 to ₹30,000 (depending on last drawn salary)
No bar for the right candidate
Location:
Agra (Digner)
Responsibilities:
Conduct research and development on new spice blends and products.
Innovate and improve existing spice formulations to meet market demand.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards during the development process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality control, and marketing) for product trials and commercialization.
Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in the food and spice sectors.
Assist in troubleshooting production issues related to spices and ingredients.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of R&D processes and results.
Working Days & Timings:
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
