Job Opportunity: R&D Specialist – Seasoning Industry
Are you passionate about food science and creating delicious, high-quality seasonings? We’re hiring an R&D Specialist to join our team in the seasoning industry! In this role, you’ll develop new seasoning blends, improve existing products, and ensure they meet top-quality standards.
Location: Kundli, Sonipat
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve seasoning blends based on customer preferences.
- Conduct product tests to ensure great taste and high quality.
- Stay updated on food trends and consumer tastes.
- Collaborate with teams in production, quality control, and marketing.
- Ensure all products meet safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records and reports of all experiments and results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product development or R&D, preferably in seasonings.
- Knowledge of food ingredients, seasoning, and flavors.
- Familiarity with food safety standards (e.g., FSSAI).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with good communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the seasoning or spice industry.
- Knowledge of natural ingredients and clean-label products.
