Experience: 3–5 years in Food Product Development / R&D
Qualifications:
B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc in Food Technology or related field

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve food products aligned with market trends and customer needs
- Conduct lab trials, pilot batches, and support product scale-up
- Research new ingredients, flavors, and processing technologies
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, and internal quality standards
- Perform sensory evaluation and shelf-life studies
- Collaborate with Production, QA, and Marketing during product launches
- Maintain R&D documentation, reports, and formulation records
Desired Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food formulation, processing & ingredient functionality
- Hands-on experience in NPD and product optimization
- Good understanding of FSSAI regulations and food labeling
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Innovative mindset with strong problem-solving ability
