Location: Delhi-Based (Willing to travel Pan India)
Experience Required: 2–6 Years (Freshers not eligible)
Mandatory: Knowledge of noodle product development

Role Overview:
As an R&D specialist, you’ll be driving end-to-end new product development, particularly in the noodles category. From ideation to formulation, trials to launch — you’ll own the entire product development lifecycle while ensuring regulatory compliance, quality, and innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

Product Innovation & Development

  • Develop new food products from concept to commercialization
  • Conduct lab/pilot trials, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations
  • Improve existing products and reformulate as needed

Research & Benchmarking

  • Identify market trends and consumer needs
  • Source innovative ingredients, materials, and technologies

Documentation & Compliance

  • Create technical documents, BOM, and SOPs
  • Ensure adherence to FSSAI and other regulatory standards

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and marketing teams
  • Support scale-up processes and plant trials

Project Management

  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Deliver high-quality results within timelines and budgets

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in sensory evaluation
  • Experience with cost optimization in recipes
  • Knowledge of clean-label trends & functional ingredients
  • Hands-on experience with lab/pilot equipment
