Now Hiring: R&D Manager – NPD | MAS Foods
MAS Foods is expanding its innovation team! We’re seeking an experienced Research & Development Manager – NPD to drive end-to-end product development from concept to shelf.
Role Highlights
- Lead new product development initiatives
- Develop & reformulate recipes, conduct trials and scale-ups
- Research global food trends & functional ingredients
- Ensure FSSAI compliance and accurate labelling
- Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, vendors & external labs
- Manage timelines, teams, and project execution
Who We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in food product development
- Background in Food Technology / Nutrition / Food Science
- Experience with spices, seasonings, or beverages is a big plus
- Strong understanding of FSSAI & food safety norms
- Builder mindset: curious, adaptable & execution-driven
Salary: ₹8L – ₹16L (based on experience & skill depth)
Location: Bengaluru (On-site)
