R&D Leader – Cheese & Dairy Innovation
What’s in it for you?
As the Head of R&D and New Product Development, you’ll:
Lead cutting-edge cheese product development (processed, natural, specialty)
Drive innovation in milk-based beverages, yogurt, and value-added dairy
Spearhead pilot plant trials, scale-ups, and commercial launches
Optimize cheese-making processes for higher yield and better quality
Collaborate with global research partners and adopt emerging dairy technologies
What we’re looking for:
Master’s/PhD in Dairy Tech / Food Science
15+ years of R&D experience in the dairy industry
Proven track record in cheese innovation
Strategic mindset with strong leadership skills
Passion for continuous improvement and consumer-centric product development
