We’re looking for a passionate R&D Executive to lead New Product Development (NPD) in the breakfast and snack category, with a strong focus on energy bars and extruded products.
Key Focus Areas:
- Millet-based product innovation
- Extruded snacks & breakfast formulations
- Energy bar development
- Product testing, quality improvement & scaling
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize formulations for millet-based extruded snacks and energy bars.
- Conduct product trials, texture analysis, and sensory evaluations.
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to scale up successful prototypes.
- Research new ingredients, processes, and functional blends to enhance nutrition and taste.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other food safety standards.
- Maintain detailed records of formulations, test results, and project documentation.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and shelf life.
