Frontline Food Consultants & Engineers is looking for a skilled R&D Executive – Food Technology to lead and support product development, formulation, and process standardization across various food categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize formulations for snacks, beverages, ready-to-eat, health-focused products, and more.
- Conduct lab-scale trials, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and manufacturing units for scale-up and commercialization.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with FSSAI and international standards.
Requirements:
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology.
- 1-2 years of experience in R&D or Product Development.
- Strong understanding of food ingredients, processing techniques, and regulatory norms.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
