Role: R&D Executive (Pet Food Technologist)
You’ll play a key role in developing innovative, high-quality pet nutrition products while working across the complete R&D lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop wet food, dry food, treats & supplements
Formulate complete & balanced diets (AAFCO / FEDIAF / NRC)
Conduct palatability, shelf-life & stability trials
Work on functional nutrition (digestion, skin & coat, joints, weight management)
Ensure quality, safety & regulatory compliance (FSSAI & global norms)
Manage QA/QC processes and HACCP implementation
Research new ingredients, technologies & global pet food trends
Who We’re Looking For:
Degree in Food Technology, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, or related field
1–2 years of experience in food R&D or nutrition (pet food experience preferred)
Strong understanding of food processing & regulations
Detail-oriented, disciplined & process-driven
