Role & Responsibilities:
End-to-end product development & reformulation
Pilot trials & plant trials with manufacturing handover
Sensory evaluation & benchmarking
Shelf-life & stability studies
FSSAI compliance & labeling
Cost optimization & raw material sourcing
SOPs, documentation & team training
R&D Executive | Food Innovation
Who Can Apply:
• MTech / MSc in Food Technology / Food Science
• 1–3 years of industry experience in Food R&D
• Strong knowledge of food processing & regulatory requirements
