Flavor Catalyst F&B Consultancy is expanding its R&D team! If you’re passionate about food innovation and product development, this role is for you.
Location: Noida (On-site)
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and standardize formulations for beverages, snacks, RTD, and health-focused products
- Conduct lab trials, bench validation, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations
- Maintain formulation logs, batch records, and trial documentation
- Support pilot trials, scale-up, and first commercial batches with Manufacturing & QA
- Handle client projects, sample presentations, feedback, and TAT adherence
- Assist in cost optimization, BOM preparation, and ingredient/vendor evaluation
- Prepare technical documentation in compliance with FSSAI & regulatory standards
Requirements
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology or B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Science
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Food/Beverage R&D or Product Development
- Strong knowledge of ingredients, processing, additives, and stability parameters
- Experience with lab equipment (mixers, homogenizers, pasteurizers, pH/°Brix tools)
- Good communication, analytical, and documentation skills
- Client-handling experience is a plus
