About the Role:
Kanav Nutracare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, creative, and detail-oriented R&D professional to support the development of protein bars and healthy snacking products. The candidate should have strong knowledge of food chemistry, food technology, baking, confectionery, and shelf-stable product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead/assist in research, formulation, and development of protein bars and snacks
- Support ideation, prototyping, testing, and refinement of new products
- Work on ingredient selection, recipe optimization, texture, and taste balancing
- Apply food chemistry and food technology principles
- Evaluate shelf-life, stability, and product performance
- Maintain documentation of trials, reports, and technical data
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for scale-up
- Stay updated with market trends and innovations
Desired Profile:
- 0–5 years of experience in R&D / product development / food technology / bakery / confectionery / nutraceuticals
- Strong knowledge of formulation and shelf-stable products
- Creative, curious, and problem-solving mindset
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to balance taste, nutrition, quality, and stability
