We’re on the hunt for someone who thrives in the kitchen and behind the scenes—bringing new recipes to life while developing scalable processes to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Innovate and develop new recipes, products, and menu items in line with target costs.
- Conduct experiments, shelf-life tests, and sensory evaluations to perfect offerings.
- Create blast-freezer friendly recipes and easy-to-regenerate dishes for restaurant partners.
- Collaborate with culinary, marketing, and production teams to align product development with business goals.
- Implement standardized processes and optimize ingredient sourcing for profitability.
Requirements:
- Degree in Hotel Management (advanced degree preferred).
- 5+ years in culinary R&D, preferably in food manufacturing or hospitality.
- Mastery of Indian cuisines with deep understanding of regional flavors and cooking techniques.
- Proven success in food innovation, process development, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong project management and creative problem-solving skills.
