Dil Foods is on the lookout for a hands-on R&D Chef to join our growing culinary team. We operate virtual brands that empower small and medium-sized restaurants across India—helping them boost asset utilization while delivering high-quality meals.
As our R&D Chef, you’ll lead recipe development, streamline production processes, and work closely with culinary, marketing, and manufacturing teams to create scalable, high-quality food products. From blast-freezing techniques to shelf-life optimization, your role will be key in shaping the future of our virtual brands.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Hotel Management
- 3+ years in culinary R&D (hospitality or food manufacturing preferred)
- Deep knowledge of Indian cuisines and regional cooking
- Proven ability to create scalable, consistent recipes
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
