Wellversed is looking for a passionate Research & Development Associate with 1–4 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD) within food, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical domains.
Role Overview:
Work on developing innovative formulations across formats like powders, tablets, capsules, liquids, sachets, and granules while ensuring quality, compliance, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product formulation & optimization
• Ingredient & bioactive research
• Scale-up & technology transfer
• Documentation, compliance & cross-functional collaboration
Requirements:
• 1 –4 years of experience in Food Processing / R&D / NPD
• Background in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology, or related fields
• Strong research & analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Adaptability & eagerness to learn
