Duration: 6 Months (Extendable based on performance)
Monthly Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (Consolidated)
Key Responsibilities
• Research and compile content related to peanut science, quality science, and industry updates for presentations and social media.
• Assist in creating and maintaining a database of research papers and R&D documentation
• Support product development trials, sensory evaluation, and packaging checks.
• Help with procurement of laboratory materials and consumables.
• Coordinate with research scholars and maintain effective communication.
Eligibility
• B.Tech. or M.Sc. in Food Science or allied disciplines.
Preferred Skills
• Strong understanding of Food Technology
• Familiarity with analytical testing concepts
• Knowledge of food safety principles
• Good laboratory and research documentation skills
• Ability to interpret research papers
• Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to prepare charts, tables, and summaries
