We’re on the hunt for a passionate R&D Assistant ready to innovate and explore new flavour frontiers.
Who We’re Looking For:
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Science, or B.Tech. in Food Tech
0–1 years of experience
Knowledge of flavour science, essential oils, FSSAI/FEMA/GRAS compliance
Lab skills in GC-MS, HPLC, FTIR, pH meters, viscometers, etc.
Interest in sensory analysis and flavour application
R&D ASSISTANT-Flavours Development
Your Role:
- Develop and test flavours (natural/synthetic)
- Run lab trials and QC tests
- Collaborate with chefs and R&D teams
- Conduct sensory and stability evaluations
