Quality Professionals (Manager / Executive / Intern)
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, regulatory, and statutory requirements
Implement and monitor HACCP, GMP, GHP, and quality systems
Conduct internal audits, inspections, and quality checks
Handle documentation, SOPs, and quality records
Coordinate with production teams to maintain product quality and hygiene
Support regulatory compliance related to FSSAI and other authorities
Assist in handling customer complaints, deviations, and corrective actions
Requirements:
Core experience in RTE / RTC (Ready-to-Eat / Ready-to-Cook) segment
Good exposure to compliance and regulatory affairs
Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
Quality Professionals (Manager / Executive / Intern)
Location: Shoghi, Shimla
