We are one of India’s leading Food and Beverages companies, and we are seeking experienced professionals to join our expanding team.

Position: Quality & Production Manager
Industry: Food & Beverages
Salary: ₹245,000 (+/- based on experience)

Locations:

Tumkur Factory

Kashipur Factory

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.

Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet production targets.

Implement and maintain quality control processes in line with industry standards.

Collaborate with the quality assurance team to conduct inspections and audits.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the factory.

Manage a team of production staff, providing training and support as needed.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and product quality.

Requirements:

Minimum 4-7 years of experience in Quality or Production management of Noodles at a reputed company

Graduate degree (preferred)
