Position: Quality Officer / Lab Chemist

Qualification: B.Tech (Food Technology)
Experience: 1–2 years (Exposure to aseptic process preferred)
Preference: Male candidates with experience in Fruit & Vegetable Processing (Shift work involved)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Monitor and maintain aseptic processing parameters and hygiene standards.
- Perform chemical and microbiological analysis in the laboratory.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, FSSAI, and company quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain inspection, testing, and calibration records.
- Support production and QA teams in process improvements.
- Report non-conformities and assist in corrective and preventive actions.
