Role & Responsibilities: As a Quality Officer, you will be responsible for:
Conducting quality control and auditing tasks
Utilizing analytical skills to manage quality processes
Ensuring adherence to quality standards and ISO regulations
Maintaining effective communication within the quality department
Qualifications:
A degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Quality Management, or a related field
Skills in quality control, auditing, and management
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of ISO standards and food safety regulations
Effective communication abilities
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
100% adherence to SOPs for analysis of raw materials (RM), packing materials (PM), and finished goods (FG)
Timely completion of shift tasks
Zero non-conformance reports for production floor hygiene
100% documented vehicle inspections with minimal rejections
Timely submission of shift reports
