Education Qualification:
B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.

Preferred Industry Experience:
Spices / FMCG / Food Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC) department.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, Food Safety, HACCP, ISO, and other regulatory standards.
Conduct internal audits and quality inspections.
Monitor the quality of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and SOPs.
Handle customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Coordinate with production, procurement, and R&D teams to maintain product standards.
Verify documentation, lab testing records, and regulatory compliance.
Support implementation of HACCP / ISO / Food Safety practices.
