We are searching for an experienced Quality Manager to lead our dynamic lab team in Mandideep, Bhopal. If you have a passion for excellence, expertise in rice and paddy quality control, and strong leadership capabilities, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive knowledge of major paddy and rice varieties, including Broken and Head Rice.
Confidently manage a team of 20, ensuring effective decision-making, even in critical situations.
Oversee timely sample deliveries, plant quality, and handle quality concerns independently or with third parties.
Proficient in addressing customer requirements, with a special focus on domestic clientele.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Agriculture, or Food Science.
Experience: 10-15 years of hands-on experience in rice/paddy quality management.
