- Proven experience as a Quality Manager.
- Excellent in analytical and research skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively, oversee performance, and identify issues related to productivity.
- Strong understanding of quality management processes and project management.
- Good decision-making process and leadership skills.
- Ability to implement and maintain food industry certifications (e.g., ISO, FSSC, BRC, WCM).
Job Profile:
- Responsible for raw material inwards, product packaging, and finished products.
- Experience in preparing test reports like quality reports, quantity reports, and composition reports.
- Ability to conduct raw material tests.
- Proficient in mathematical calculations, including product specification of chemical factors.
- Responsible for final products, including making necessary changes.
- Experience in acidity measurement.
- Skilled in root cause analysis and implementing preventive and corrective actions.
- Well-versed with food products and their properties.
