JOB OPENING: QUALITY MANAGER – FROZEN FOOD INDUSTRY
Position: Quality Manager
Industry: Frozen Food / Food Processing
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience Required: 5 – 8 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc in Food Technology / Food Science / Microbiology
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain product quality in the frozen food plant
- Implement and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Maintain quality documentation and records
- Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and warehouse teams
- Ensure plant hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices
- Lead, manage, and train the QA/QC team
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of frozen food processing
- Understanding of HACCP / GMP / FSSAI / BRCGS / Packaging / Labelling requirements
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage audits and inspections
