Position: Quality Manager
Industry: Frozen Food / Food Processing
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 5–8 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc in Food Technology, Food Science, or Microbiology
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain product quality in the frozen food plant.
- Implement and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods.
- Maintain all quality-related documents and records.
- Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
- Ensure plant hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices.
- Lead, mentor, and train the QA/QC team.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of frozen food processing.
- Understanding of HACCP / GMP / FSSAI / BRCGS / Packaging & Labelling requirements.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage audits and inspections effectively.
