Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Manager with hands-on experience in fresh fruits and agri commodities to ensure top-notch quality standards across operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor incoming import consignments (Apples, Pears, Citrus, Grapes, etc.)
• Conduct quality inspections as per company standards
• Maintain documentation (temperature records, QC reports, claims handling)
• Handle quality complaints and coordinate with shipping lines & insurance companies
Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in fresh fruits / agri commodity quality control
• Strong knowledge of grading, sizing & cold chain management
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
