Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead laboratory operations, in-process quality control, and food safety systems across our production facility. The role ensures compliance with FSSAI regulations
Key Responsibilities:
Manage QC laboratory & in-process quality control
Implement HACCP, GMP, GHP, FSMS & ISO 22000
Ensure FSSAI & statutory compliance
Conduct audits & manage CAPA
Handle customer complaints & quality documentation
Train teams on food safety & hygiene practices
Qualifications:
• Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Microbiology / Chemistry
• Strong experience in food manufacturing quality management
• Excellent leadership & problem-solving skills
Preferred Candidate:
• Must be from the food industry
• Experience in food processing/manufacturing units
