Quality Manager (FMCG – Food Processing & Export)

Are you passionate about quality in the food industry?
We’re looking for a Quality Manager with 3–6 years of experience in managing and improving food quality systems, especially in organic and FMCG export sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, BRC, GMP, HACCP, and Organic Certifications (NPOP, NOP, EU)
Oversee quality at every stage – procurement, processing, packaging, dispatch
Conduct internal/vendor/third-party audits
Develop and implement SOPs, manuals, lab testing protocols
Handle customer complaints, CAPA, traceability systems
Train cross-functional teams on quality best practices
Collaborate with export and documentation teams
Lead continuous improvement projects in food safety & hygiene

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
3–6 years of experience in food industry quality (FMCG/Agri/Organic preferred)
Proficient in certifications, audits, food safety systems
Knowledge of ERP/quality management software
Strong documentation, analytical, and leadership skills
Exposure to export markets is a plus
