- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and regulatory affairs, to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
- Manage customer complaints and product recalls, ensuring prompt resolution and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to proactively address potential quality risks.
