Plant: NJ Food Products LLP – A Manufacturing Unit of Kandhari Beverages (Coca-Cola)
Are you an experienced Quality Management Professional in the non-alcoholic beverages industry? This is your opportunity to lead quality operations at a top-tier Coca-Cola plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA/QC teams ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory standards.
- Oversee plant-wide quality operations and implement SOPs.
- Drive cross-functional coordination with production, supply chain, and maintenance.
- Conduct audits, manage CAPA, and engage with external stakeholders.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in quality systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 12+ years in quality management in the beverage industry.
- Deep knowledge of FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, and Coca-Cola quality standards (preferred).
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology or a related field.
