Position: Quality Manager
Industry: Frozen Food / Food Processing
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 5–8 Years
Qualification:
B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc in Food Technology / Food Science / Microbiology
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain product quality in the frozen food plant
- Implement and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP & food safety standards
- Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Maintain quality documentation and records
- Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and warehouse teams
- Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices
- Lead and train QA/QC teams
