Join our team in Luanda, Angola as a Quality Manager and take the lead in ensuring world-class standards in quality assurance and control within our plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all Quality Assurance and Quality Control operations
Ensure compliance with company standards, local laws, and international regulations
Develop and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Conduct audits, inspections, and regular quality checks across production and packaging lines
Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
Manage laboratory testing, documentation, and certification processes
Provide staff training on quality standards
Coordinate with external auditors, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in the beverage industry
Strong knowledge of ISO, HACCP, GMP, and other international standards
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/SAP systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience in handling audits and certifications
