Job Opportunity: Quality Lead at Numix
Position: Quality Lead
Location: Factory, Kashipur, Uttarakhand.
Salary: 6-8 LPA
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience
- Education in Food Technology/Microbiology
- Preferable experience in the quality department at a multi-client food contract manufacturer
- Good quantitative aptitude
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Oversee quality assurance processes throughout the production cycle, from raw material inspection to final product release
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and address non-conformances
- Train and mentor quality team members to uphold quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions
- Analyze data and generate reports to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize quality management systems and processes
