Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials and packaging for quality compliance
- Perform in-process and finished goods checks
- Implement and maintain quality control systems
- Investigate deviations and customer complaints
- Maintain audit and certification documentation
- Coordinate with production teams for hygiene standards
- Validate cleaning and environmental monitoring processes
- Prepare quality reports for leadership
- Train staff on quality protocols
- Support traceability and recall processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field
- 1–3 years of QA experience (FMCG/food industry preferred)
- Knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, ISO standards
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Experience with lab equipment and sample analysis
