1. Quality Executive
Qualification:
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Dairy or Food Technology
Experience:
- Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 2 years experience
Gender:
- Male / Female
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain product quality throughout the production process
- Conduct chemical and microbiological analysis of raw materials and finished goods
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and internal quality standards
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits
- Coordinate with production teams to address quality issues
- Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hygiene Standards
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Candidates residing in or around Chennai will be given preference
2. ETP Operator (Effluent Treatment Plant)
Qualification:
- Diploma / ITI
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years
Gender:
- Male
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain ETP systems to treat wastewater from dairy operations
- Monitor water quality parameters and maintain operational records
- Ensure proper functioning of pumps, valves, and filters
- Handle dosing of chemicals as per process requirements
- Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance of ETP equipment
- Adhere to environmental compliance and safety norms
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Candidates residing in or around Chennai will be given preference
