Job Description:
- Comprehensive knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) & EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety)
- Proficiency in handling FSSAI, ISO, FSSC, HACCP standards
- Develop and implement food safety policies
- Conduct regular inspections and internal audits
- Provide food safety and hygiene training to staff
Responsibilities:
- Quality Control: Monitor and analyze product quality, ensuring compliance with all standards and regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with production and management teams to ensure quality objectives are met.
- Customer Feedback: Address quality-related customer complaints and work towards prompt resolution.
- Supplier Quality: Evaluate and approve suppliers based on quality criteria, and conduct periodic reviews.
