Position Overview
This full-time role is ideal for candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience in quality management within food safety. You will ensure compliance with industry standards, focusing on ISO documents, ISO 22000, HACCP, and other key quality processes.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Expertise in ISO documents, ISO 22000, and HACCP (mandatory)
Knowledge of Halal certification, BRC standards, SOP, and GMP
Strong experience in documentation audits and quality control processes
Ability to implement and maintain SOPs and improve operational efficiency
Proficiency in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards through GMP practices
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage daily quality control and assurance activities within manufacturing
Ensure compliance with ISO 22000 and HACCP standards for food safety
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure BRC compliance
Collaborate with the production team to create and maintain SOPs
Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices
Coordinate with external auditors for certifications
Investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvements
Prepare detailed performance reports for management review
