Qualification: Bachelor’s in Food Technology / Microbiology
Preference: Male candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbiological and chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and internal quality protocols
- Maintain and calibrate lab equipment as per SOPs
- Monitor hygiene and sanitation across production and storage areas
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain lab documentation
- Support audits and regulatory inspections
