Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 CTC (Based on Experience)
Qualification:
- B.Tech / M.Sc. in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
Required Skills:
- GMP & HACCP
- Food Safety
- Quality Documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect in-process, raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Maintain quality records, SOPs, and checklists.
- Monitor GMP, GHP, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
- Support HACCP implementation and internal/external audits.
Work Environment: Manufacturing Plant | Rotational Shifts
