Job Responsibilities:

1. Daily online monitoring and reporting of temperature and product quality to the QA & Production Manager.

2. Conduct daily pre-operational inspections of the facility and machinery to ensure cleanliness and hygiene. Report findings to the QA Manager.
3. Ensure the proper receiving of raw materials and packaging as per specifications. Report any discrepancies to the QA Manager.
4. Maintain COA (Certificate of Analysis) and Food Grade Certificates (FGC) in the files.
5. Contact suppliers if COA/FGC are not received at the time of delivery and ensure reports are filed.
6. Verify daily pest control activities in the working area, take necessary actions to neutralize pests, and report to the QA Manager.

7. Inspect for cobwebs daily and notify housekeeping to address the issue.
8. Ensure adherence to safety protocols during inspections and production to maintain a secure workplace.
9. Check and ensure that workers follow Good Hygienic Practices (GHP) and report non-compliance to the QA Manager.
10. Ensure the proper functioning and supply of hygiene stations.
11. Inspect worker lockers in the change room and inform HR, Plant Head, and QA Manager if any issues arise.

12. Conduct weekly pest control activities and maintain records for QA.
13. Assist in other tasks assigned by senior managers.
14. Maintain records and provide updates to the QA Manager.
