🌟 Role: Quality Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Lead quality assurance and food safety processes, ensuring compliance with HACCP and regulatory audits.
Oversee and maintain the Food Safety Quality Management System (FSMS) database.
Implement FSSAI, HACCP, and FSMS protocols in our facility.
Conduct raw material and packaging material analysis, making data-driven decisions on acceptance or rejection.
Perform sensory evaluations of all products before release.
Monitor quality of sweets and savories production, ensuring product parameters meet standards.
Prepare detailed reports on quality and food safety metrics.
Handle customer complaints, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Conduct monthly GMP audits and ensure compliance with sanitation programs.
Train food handlers on food safety basics.
Manage external testing (food tests, shelf-life tests, etc.).
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance, preferably in the food industry.
Educational background in Food Technology (B.Tech, B.Sc, or M.Sc).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Problem-solving mindset with FSMS documentation experience.
Experience in confectionery, sweets, and savories is a plus.
Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
