Job Description:
Shimla Hills Offerings Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Quality Executive to join our dynamic team based in Shimla. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in the food industry, especially in the RTE/RTC categories or within the sauces and mayonnaise sectors.
As a Quality Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring that all our products meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with production teams to maintain product consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Oversee quality control processes in the production of RTE/RTC products, sauces, and mayonnaise.
Collaborate with the R&D team for product innovation and improvement.
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Required Skills:
In-depth knowledge of quality standards and food safety regulations.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Hands-on experience in the food production industry, particularly in RTE/RTC products.
