Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mainta in quality documentation (SOPs, quality manuals, inspection records, audit reports).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with internal and external quality audits.
- Conduct staff training on quality procedures and documentation.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
- Analyze quality performance data and prepare regular reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Agriculture, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance/documentation within the food industry, preferably in rice production/processing.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and other relevant standards.
Skills:
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in document management software and MS Office.
