We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Documentation Specialist to support our Quality Assurance team and ensure our documentation is in line with the industry’s highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Management: Maintain and update key quality documents, including SOPs, inspection records, and audit reports. Ensure proper version control and accessibility for team members.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure all documentation complies with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and other industry regulations. Stay updated on industry changes and incorporate them into our processes.
- Quality Audits: Assist in internal and external audits by preparing documentation and implementing corrective actions.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for staff on quality procedures and documentation practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the development of more efficient documentation practices.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze quality performance data, preparing reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Agriculture, or related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance/documentation in the food industry, preferably within rice production.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and BRC standards.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to quality improvement.
