About the Role:
Dilnoor Majestic Basmati Rice Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Documentation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing quality-related documentation, ensuring compliance with food industry standards (such as ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP), and supporting continuous improvement in quality processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Management: Create, update, and manage SOPs, quality manuals, inspection records, and audit reports, ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and version control.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all documentation adheres to ISO 22000, HACCP, and other industry standards.
- Quality Audits: Assist in internal and external audits, prepare relevant documentation, and implement corrective actions.
- Training & Support: Conduct training for staff on quality documentation and procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of more efficient documentation practices.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze quality performance data and report findings to management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years in quality assurance or documentation within the food industry, preferably in rice production or processing.
- Skills:
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in documentation management software and MS Office
- Analytical skills to generate meaningful insights from data
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
