About the Role:
Majestic Basmati Rice Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing quality-related documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting continuous quality improvements in our rice production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Management: Create, update, and maintain SOPs, quality manuals, inspection records, and audit reports. Ensure documents are formatted, version-controlled, and accessible to relevant personnel.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure all documentation complies with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and other industry regulations. Stay updated on changes in industry regulations and integrate them into documentation.
Quality Audits: Assist with internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation, following up on audit findings, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
Training and Support: Conduct training sessions on quality procedures and documentation practices. Support team members in understanding and implementing documentation requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to more efficient documentation practices. Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to enhance overall quality management systems.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on quality performance and documentation status to management.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Agriculture, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance and documentation in the food industry, preferably in rice production or processing.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory requirements in the rice industry.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite.
